Customer Service

Refunds and Exchanges
- Unopened products
If you bought a product, and decide that you do not require it you can return it to us within 15 days of delivery for a full refund as long as it has not been opened.
- Opened products
If you bought your product online or by telephone, and are not completely satisfied with your purchase you can return it to us for a full refund as long as you tell us that you want to return it within seven days of the product being delivered and the unit is in the same pristine condition as it was received in.
- Faulty Products
Faulty products within the 1st year manufacturer’s guarantee will need to be sent to us via recorded mail where it will be inspected by one of our customer service advisors. If a fault, which has not been caused by misuse, damage or wear and tear is confirmed we will exchange the item which will then be returned to you.
